Dr. Iman Abdel Mohsen Zay is a distinguished expert in human resources, leadership, and public sector transformation, with over three decades of academic and professional experience. She has served as General Manager and Training Director at Egypt’s Leadership Development Center and has contributed to national and international HR and e-Government programs.

Dr. Iman has led curriculum development, training delivery, and strategic consulting for leadership posts in public service. Her work has focused on applying integrated HR systems, organizational redesign, and career development planning across both governmental and private institutions. She is a published author and an experienced speaker in global conferences across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
